Chrissy has been a bartender since 2011 and plant-based chef since 2017. While her passion and expertise lies in mixology and plant-based cuisine, she is capable of so much more! Chrissy loves all things parties and events and loves helping clients elevate their intimate gatherings!

Brandon is incredibly gifted in the kitchen, cooking with love. Making everything he touches turn to gold while cooking delicious soul food, comfort food & classic mouthwatering dishes you'll crave time and time again. Brandon is skilled in design & aesthetics, ensuring your display & set up is perfection.
TABC certified bartenders. Gorgeous custom-made portable bar that we can bring, or we can use your bar set up, if applicable. We provide glassware, straws, cocktail napkins, ice, garnishes, mixers & specialty cocktail menu, as well as handle set up and clean up of our bar area. The only thing you provide is the alcohol.
We offer a wide range of gourmet dishes included in our holiday, brunch and dinner prix fixe menus, as well as offer custom menus. We have the option to prep and cook both on or off-site and offer both drop off and full service catering options.
We offer a variety of charcuterie boards and grazing tables from classic to brunch and dessert, for your entertaining purposes. We offer delivery drop off as well as full on site set up.
We offer individual meal prep and family meal plans. Menu comes out on Wednesday each week, orders must be placed and paid in full by Friday, for pick up or delivery between 1-6pm on Sunday. Must reside within 1 hour of Fort Worth for delivery. IG and FB @summerbodymealprep
